Laser Treatment of Vascular Lesions and Age Spots - Red/Age Spots

The Viridis Derma laser by Quantel Medical is used to spot treat unsightly facial Telangiectasias (superficial blood vessel), cherry angiomas (red spots commonly found on the body), and small dark colored age spots. No anesthesia is necessary, as most patients only feel some tingling and heat during treatment.

Once completed, the treatment area may appear to be red, however, makeup can be applied immediately to mask the redness. Good results can be expected after a single session, but multiple treatments may be required and are usually done six to eight weeks apart.
