Laser Acne Treatment

Dermatologists over the years have used a variety of topical, drug, and hygiene treatments to treat acne—the common disease of the skin caused by clogging sebum production and presence of bacteria in the pores. All of these previous types of treatment pale in comparison to the ease and effectiveness of laser acne treatment.

InnovaMed's Aramis laser by Quantel uses a patented wavelength of light that pulsates through the layers of the skin to the sebaceous gland. By thermally altering the reactors in the sebaceous gland, oil and bacteria production are reduced, resulting in significantly healthier skin. This safe and effective procedure can be performed on all skin types. Four to six treatments, performed every three to four weeks, are recommended for the best results.
