FotoFacial RF

FotoFacialRF treatments are performed using the Syneron Aurora with patented elos technology. This combination of Intense Pulsed Light and Radiofrequency energy is used to treat many cosmetic concerns including:

1. Rosacea, flushing, redness, ruddy complexion, broken capillaries and spider veins of the face.
2. Sun spots, age spots, hyperpigmentation, melasma, cholasma, "mask of pregnancy", and freckles.
3. Chronic sun damage and photo aging.

In addition to dramatic improvement in the color and tone of the skin, the FotoFacialRF, with its dual energy source, provides a secondary benefit of improvement in fine to moderate wrinkles, acne scarring, pore size, skin texture irregularities, laxity and smoothness. The hands, neck, and chest can also be treated.

The treatments are well tolerated as the hand piece of the FotoFacialRF is dynamically cooled to help protect the skin. Each treatment takes approximately 30 minutes and afterward patients can resume their usual activities and even apply makeup if desired. A gradual consistent improvement is noticed after each treatment with the best results being obtained after four to six treatments performed monthly. A maintenance treatment every six months will help the skin looking vital, smooth and youthful.
