Sarah Ramirez, Licensed Esthetician

Sarah Ramirez performs many aesthetic procedures at InnovaMed. A graduate of Tricoci University, Sarah specializes in facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasions. She is a skincare product and make-up expert.

As a teenager, Sarah suffered from severe acne which prompted her interest in skin care. Early in her career she worked at a Rockford-based cosmetic company and discovered her love of make-up and passion to help others look and feel beautiful. Later she enrolled in Tricoci University to become a licensed esthetician. Since her graduation in 2005 she has been an integral part of InnovaMed Aesthetics.

Sarah is dedicated to helping patients understand their skin and the products they are using. She can make recommendations to help correct sun damage, pigmentation problems, acne and other skin issues. To ensure you are receiving the appropriate procedures for your skin type and condition, she will give a thorough complimentary skin analysis.

With the power of touch, she is compassionate and committed to making her patients feel better inside and out. Sarah is continually studying new products and techniques in aesthetics to give her patients the best skin care possible.

Tina Gipson, Licensed Esthetician

As a young adult Tina had a condition that caused her to have a hormonal imbalance, which in turn affected her skin and hair in a negative way. While researching her disorder and treatment options, she stumbled upon a passion for skin and has pursued it ever since.

Tina has been a clinical esthetician since graduating in 2005 from Madison Cosmetology College and has found it to be a very rewarding and enriching career. She has an excellent working knowledge of skin care treatments, procedures, benefits, contraindications and assessing clients' needs.

Tina practices laser hair removal, facial toning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and skin rejuvenating facials. In 2008, she received her certification for advanced laser training from Rocky Mountain Laser College in Denver, Colorado, where she studied Laser Physics, Hair/Skin Biology and Anatomy, Indications, Pre and Post Treatment Protocol and Laser Safety.

With her knowledge, enthusiasm and compassion she will assist you in achieving your skin goals, as well as help get your skin to its optimum state, and maintain its overall long-term health.

Deb Marks, Assistant

A Rockford native, Debra started her career as a personal banker at Amcore Bank. It was there that she was approached by a Beauty Consultant and was asked to participate in a skin care trial. Debra found that she really enjoyed skin care and beauty enhancements so she became a consultant herself. As a hobby she has also modeled for some of the local Rockford retailers.

Debra has been with InnovaMed Aesthetics since its inception in 2004. She has learned all aspects of the aesthetic practice to help assist both the patients and the doctors. Her warm, friendly nature puts people immediately at ease.

A Rockford native, Debra resides in Winnebago with her husband and two children. She and her family give back to the community through church activities and other charities. She continues to give her time to "hands that help", an organization that provides individual and family social services to those in need.
